Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 year and Define to Immunocompromised patient at least one; Hematologic malignancy, Solid tumor, HIV, Steroid used (>0.3mg/kg/day > 1month), chemotherapy, Immunosuppressive and Define to hypoxic respiratory failure; respiratory rate > 24 /min and pulse oximetry< 92% during oxygen cannula 4 LPM or Po2/Fio2< 300 or SatO2/Fio2<255
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) COPD 2) Asthma 3) Congestive Heart Failure 4) PaCO2 >45 mmHg 5) Systolic Blood Pressure <90 mm Hg or Mean Arterial Blood pressure <65 mmHg 6) Glasgow coma scale <12 7) Circulatory shock or Receiving vasopressor 8) Met indication for Emergency intubation 9) Do not resuscitation Assign before
