Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for KAP and larva survey part (students) (1) Grade (9) and (10) students (2) Male and female students (3) Obtained written informed consent from the parents and assent from student The inclusion criteria for Focus group discussion (1) School teachers, parents and community stakeholders (2) Both genders (3) Age 18 years and over (4) Obtained written informed to participate in the focus group discussion

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria or KAP and larva survey (students and parents) (1) Students and parents who did not give consent (2) Students who did not give assent The exclusion criteria or focus group discussion: Those people who will not willing to be involved in this part of study
