based application on mobile phone “Punsook†was developed by cooperation between physiatrists and personnel of computer engineering department of King Mongkut'
s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT). The application consists of 4 parts: electronic basic knowledge guidebook,
frequently asked questions (FAQ),
online voiding diary and contact with doctor.

Inclusion criteria: • At least 18 years old • Had ability to approach web-based mobile phone application • Understood Thai language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Had communication problems • Had cognitive impairment
