Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. older than 18 years old 2. A patient who has been diagnosed with stroke for at least 3 months 3. Get admitted in the outpatient department In the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine and / or Department of Internal Medicine Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital 4. Understand and can communicate in Thai 5. Have a TMSE questionnaire score of 24 6. Can walk by yourself, at least in the house, without having to rely on help 7. Be fully aware. 8. Willing to participate in research
