Inclusion criteria: All Patients Who needs Straight forward Dental implant surgery with no Systemic or Lacal Diseases Could affect the implant Osseointgeration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All Patient Who needs Complicated Surgery All patient with Diabetes or other uncontrolled Systemic diseases All Patients With Bad Oral Hygiene
