Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who was 18 years of age or older 2.History of heart failure hospitalization during 5 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients do not allow to the information. 2.Patients who had other disease with life expectancy less than 1 year. 3.Patient who cannot follow up in the clinic. 4.Patient with cardiogenic shock 5.Patients who developed heart failure during the operation and post operation. 6.Patients who had significant valvular heart disease or pericardial disease. 7.Patients who were admited due to acute coronary syndrome within admission 1 month
