Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Confirmed COPD diagnosis by spirometry. No exacerbation for 4 weeks before inclusion. Oxygen saturation at room air was at least 90%. During 6 minutes walk test, oxygen saturation was less than 90% or drop at least 4% from baseline. Can do cycle ergometry CPET
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Contraindications for spirometry and CPET. Can't do complete pulmonary function tests(lung volume, DLCO) Underlying diseases eg. asthma, pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary embolism, bronchiectasis, lung cancer, cardiac arrhythmia, anemia, severe allergic rhinitis
