Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) over 65 years of age (2) right hemisphere stroke confirmed by a computed tomography scan or magnetic resonance imaging (3) first-ever ischemic or hemorrhage stroke (4) intact global cognitive function confirmed by the Korean version of Mini-Mental State Examination score ≥ 24 (5) time since stroke onset ≥ 6 months (6) presence of hemi-spatial neglect diagnosed by performance on the Line Bisection Test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) left upper limb sensory deficit or impairment (2) visual impairment (3) the modified Ashworth scale score for left hand muscle tone ≥ 2 (4) orthopedic conditions involving left upper limb (5) apraxia.
