Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 DM group &#45; Aged 40&#45;70 &#45; have been diagnosed by physician &#45; No smoking Healthy group &#45; Aged 40&#45;70 &#45; No smoking &#45; Free of overt cardiovascular disease &#45; Taking no medication &#45; Blood pressure at rest < 140/90 mmHg &#45; Fasting plasma glucose < 126 mg/dL. &#45;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: &#45; Regular exercise for 2 years or more &#45; Neuropathy or other neurological disease &#45; Open wound at leg and foot
