Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -age more than 20 years old -history of prescribed for metformin any dosage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -prgnancy -IBS -advanced cancer -patients who had contraindication for metformin use -cirrhosis CTP B,C
