Case group receive thiamine 2 Capsules after breakfast (150 mg/capsules
300 mg once daily) for 24 weeks ,Case group receive Placebo 2 capsules after breakfast for 24 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 Diabetes with chronic kidney disease stage 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of Thiamine allergy 2.History of cardiovascular disease 3.History of Kidney stone 4.History of kidney surgery
