Conditions

Participants who are male or female with tightness of hamstrings muscle and age between 18 to 24 years old Posterior thigh muscle tightness&#44

Interventions

Starting position: Participant will lie on his/her back comfortably. Method: The physical therapist will flex and extend the participant’s upper cervical spine with passive shearing force by soften
participant will bend his/her ankle joint in dorsiflexion&#44
on the other hand participant bends his/her ankle joint in plantar flexion. The physical therapist will ensure intensity of forces from his hands to be equally&#44
by palpation of occipito&#45
frontalis muscle tension and anatomical barrier of occiput movement. Time of treatment cycles will be compared with metronome. OFRDF will be performed 10 repetitions per 1 set in 1 minute&#44
totally 3 sets and rest 1 minute in each set. Total time will be 5 minutes.,Starting position: Participant will lie on his/her back comfortably. Method: The physical therapist will flex participant’
the physical therapist will perform this technique 30 seconds per one time and 3 times per one set. After stretching in each time&#44
a participant will rest for 20 seconds and repeat on the other side

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Participants who are male or female with tightness of hamstrings muscle and age between 18 to 24 years old - Participants who have BMI 22 – 26 kg/m2 - Participants who have sedentary lifestyle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Participants who have spinal disorders for example cervicogenic headache, neck pain, upper back pain and low back pain during the study period - Participants who have vertebrobasilar insufficiency - Participants who have regular stretching exercises, such as yoga or stretching exercises - Participants who use muscle relaxants or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in one day before, and during the study period - Participants who have a history of whiplash injury - Participants who have a history of fractures of the spine and/or lower extremities - Participants who have hamstring muscles tendinitis or muscle strain within 3 weeks before the study - Participants who have hypermobility - Participants who have severe orthopedic condition such as scoliosis, kyphosis, flat feet, high arch or leg length discrepancy - Participants who have severe neurological condition such as brain injury spinal cord injury, nerve root compression, high irritability, hypereflexia or hyperalgesia - Participants who unable to do the position which the interventions or assessments need to be done
