Interventions

This group includes 35 couples. The intervention group will receive research based on Bandura&#39
s social cognitive theory based on sexual self&#45
efficacy training. The intervention is that six counseling sessions consist of one individual session (each couple separately) for 30 minutes and five sessions in pairs (90 minutes) at intervals of on
blood pressure control&#44
weight and exercise.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: menopausal women aged between 45-65 years old,(at least one year after amenorrea)married with stable life with her husband,first married,natural menopouse.No history of infertility,No history of cystocele and rectocele surgery,Inclusion criteria in men: no premature ejaculation or current impotence. Inclusion criteria for couples:Sexually active; Being Iranian; Reading and writing literacy,no History of Addiction,Any self-reported mental illness; no cardiovascular disease,Schedule any surgery or treatment within the next three months, No intention to travel long without a spouse for the next three months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluding more than one meeting (excluding study if men or women attend more than one meeting, Occurrence of a mental or physical accident while studying in couples
