Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female Age 18-50 years old Having at least 2 following symptoms - defecation < 3 times per week - straining - lumpy or hard stool - sense of anorectal obstruction - sense of incomplete evacuation Able to continuously consume yoghurt for three weeks
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or plan for pregnancy Lactose intolerance Binge drinking or chronic alcoholism Undergo GI surgery including bariatric surgery During chemotherapy or opioid treatment History of chronic psychotic disorders Having irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
