Interventions
If end expiratory lung volume decreases more than 10%,
stop PEEP decrement
In contrast,
if end expiratory lung volume decrease equal or less than 10%,
continue PEEP decrement ,PEEP decrement regardless of end expiratory lung volume changes

18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with recovering ARDS who are assisted with mechanical ventilation patients with PF ratio > 150 patients assisted with PEEP at least 8 cmH2O patients assisted with FiO2 equal or less than 60% to keep SpO2 >90% patients with stable condition and stable FiO2 > 24 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age < 18 years old Pneumothorax, Hemothorax, recent thoracic surgery Active heart disease COPD or lung bleb pregnancy
