Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cirrhosis by clinical and imaging 2. Informed consent before enrollment 3. Patient who is admitted in hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. HCC outside Milan criteria or active cancer patient who is life expectancy less than 6 months 2. End stage renal disease who received long term renal replacement therapy 3. Pregnancy 4. Hyperthyroidism 5. Lack of written consent
