Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nurses which defines as nurses, midwifes, community nurses, head of nurses and nurses supervisor who are registered under Ministry of health. 2. Malaysian citizen 3. Permanent staff

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and breast feeding nurse 2. Nurses who is not in the health clinic during the study is carried out.

Improved Knowledge, attitude and practice of meal taking behaviour baseline, 1 month and 3 month questionnaire

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
reduction on body weight baseline, 1 month and 3 month measure using weighing scale,reduction on blood pressure to normal range baseline, 1 month and 3 month measure using sphygnomanometer
