We applied transcranial direct current stimulation at patient ‘s left Broca’s area with 2 mA current for 20 minutes&#44
at the same time the speech language pathologist trained and teach language to patient.,We applied sham transcranial direct current stimulation at patient ‘s left Broca’s area with 2 mA current fo

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age> 18 years-old - Patient whom diagnosed first stroke - onset of stoke more than 3 months - patient who have aphasia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - unstable neurological condition - patient who have aphasia before onset of stroke - used of neuromodulator therapy such as tDCS, TMS and accupuncture within 3 months - contraindication for use tDCs such as history of craniecromy, seizure, cochlear implant, intracardiac implant or pacemaker and other metallic material
