Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ้Healthy volunteer who undergo esophageal manometry with normal swallowing function

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with neuromuscular disease Patients with head and neck tumor Patients with head and neck anomalies Patients with history of head and neck surgery Patients with swallowing difficulty Patients unable to tolerate HFNC Patients who refuse to participate the study
