symmetrical facial vitiligo patients excimer vitiligo face topical steroids

Interventions

irradiate excimer lamp twice a week and apply 0.1% mometasone cream once daily on one side of the face,irradiate excimer lamp twice a week on the other side of the face

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-segmental vitiligo subjects with symmetrically distributed depigmented patches on the same anatomical area of each side of the face

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with history of skin cancer, photosensitivity, Koebner phenomenon on the treated areas, known allergy to mometasone cream, and those who were pregnant or lactation.
