Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i) Malaysian citizen ii) Malay ethnicity iii) Male iv) Individual aged 18 years to 60 years old v) Individual resides in FELDA settlements (based on home address)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i) Individual who had registered in 1Malaysia Cure and Care Clinic in Sg Ruan, Pahang started from Mac 2015 onwards or had received religious-based services or any treatment similar to religious-based group intervention. ii) Poor compliance to rules of Methadone Maintenance Therapy (MMT) programs (defaulted treatment 3 times, violence against staff or other patients - from written MMT clinic records) iii) Individual with physical limitations (bedbound, stroke patient)
