Interventions

age 5 to 15 years old who was 1) fulfill criteria of asthma and required inhaled corticosteroid 2) normal percent weigh for height.,Age 5 to 15 years old patients with obesity whose their weight for
following to the Guidelines of the Pediatric Nutrition Association of Thailand. No one in this group had history of asthma.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In asthmatic group, 5-15 years old children who was diagnose to asthma and normal weight-for-height. In obesity group, 5-15 years old children who has weight-for-height more than 140th percentile and no history of asthma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent history of respiratory infection before IOS test at least 14 days History of chronic lung disease History of preterm baby
