The intervention module was developed based on construct of health belief model. The content include:
• Introduction to workplace violence
• Type of workplace violence
• Prevalence
• Risk fact
and group discussion. The 1 day intervention will be given in a group of around 40 people in 2 separate sessions by the researcher in a designated place in the health district. ,The group were given 1

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Health care workers working in the health clinics under Gombak Health District facilities including professional groups and support groups.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Workers on maternity leave or long leave during the time this study being conducted Contract Workers because of rapid turnover will make it harder to hold the respondents Workers who are employed less than 6 months
