Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Health care workers working in the health clinics under Gombak Health District facilities including professional groups and support groups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Workers on maternity leave or long leave during the time this study being conducted Contract Workers because of rapid turnover will make it harder to hold the respondents Workers who are employed less than 6 months
