Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients 18 years of age or more who were presented with acute coronary syndrome who were admitted and receive treatment at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with shock, respiratory failure or cardiac arrest
