Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -The ischemic stroke will be diagnosed by Neurologist onset ≤ 2 weeks. -Admit in Chao Phya Abhaibhubejhr Hospital. - Not recurrent stroke. - The extent of hemiplegia had to be such that patients should be unable to walk or eat or dress. -Age 40 - 80 years old and both sexes with acute stroke will be eligible for inclusion. -MRS scale 2-4. -PT-INR level 2-3. -Informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Dependency in ADL before present stroke. - Intracerebral hemorrhage. - Inability to complete scheduled treatment course. - Severe aphasia or unconsciousness making it difficult to comprehend the study or cooperate in evaluation. - Severe infection or communicable diseases. - Other severe complications or comorbidity such as heart/renal function failure. - On any medical equipment (e.g. urinary catheter, nasogastric tube feeding) - Acute MI, Unstable Angina or Chest Pain within 1 month before treatment. - Treatment with rt-PA drug (Thrombolytic agent). - Patient deny the Thai massage.
