18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary bariatric procedures ( sleeve gastrectomy and mini gastric bypass). 2. No history of recent or old thromboembolism.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of congenital or acquired coagulation defects. 2. History of anticoagulant or anti platelet medications for other disease. 3. Allergy to heparin and its derivatives. 4. History of heparin induced thrombocytopenia (HIT). 5. History of recent or old thromboembolism. 6. Postoperative complications as bleeding and leak 7. Symptomatic thromboembolism postoperatively. 8. Patient not compliant to therapy.
