18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years with gout (defined by the ACR/EULAR criteria OR Rome criteria) who meet criteria for ULT 2. Serum UA > 6 mg/dL 3. Poor ULT adherence (defined as MTB-T questionnaire < 24) 4. Own an active smartphone that operates with iOS or Android operating systems 5. Have sufficient Thai language skills

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with dementia 2. Individuals with psychiatric disorder 3. Individuals with visual, auditory or neurological disorder which interfere with smartphone use 4. Individuals who cannot complete the questionnaires
