five pregnant mothers with gestational hypertension will be randomly assigned to the intervention group from 90 samples who will first complete an informed consent&#44
demographic and QOL&#45
GRAV questionnaire&#44
then in addition to routine care using WhattsApp during 28 days of self&#45
care training. Receive daily messages. After childbirth&#44

GRAV will be completed again by samples and checklists of maternal and neonatal outcomes by the researcher from the mother&#39

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: having gestational hypertension-Pregnancy Over 20 Weeks-Media Literacy- Samsung Mobile & WhatsApp Messaging-18-35 Years Old-Iranian-Primiparous-Having Single Pregnancy-No history of other mental and physical illnesses-no smoking, alcohol and drugs-No history of overt hypertension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of access to samples - disasters during the research process - unwillingness to cooperate with the mother
