Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who were evaluated of sleep disorder at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital from December 2019 to January 2020. Age > 18 years with normal sinus rhythms Diagnosed with OSA Receiving CPAP during sleep test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients receiving with psychoactive agents Patients with established cardiaovascular disease including stroke, coronary artery disease, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, peripheral arterial disease. Chronic kidney disease stage III-V
