Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 30-60 years old. 2. Healthy status without severe physical and mental illnesses or may affect physical or psychological fitness, especially allergies. 3. Body mass index (BMI) greater than 23

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers who require any medication or other herbal medicines within 1 month before participating in the study and during the trial. 2. Smoking addiction (smoking more than 10 pieces/day)
