Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. >18 years old 2. Major surgeries requiring postoperative epidural analgesia for pain management
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate the study 2. Inability to communicate /inform pain 3. Pregnancy 4. Having contraindication for epidural analgesia • Coagulopathy (PT INR>1.5 or PTT >10sec of the control or platelet15mmHg) • Infection at the site planning to place the epidural catheter
