Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women volunteers in gynecologic outpatient department, all aged over 18 and have indication for cervical cancer screening.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -cervical mass -severe abnormal vaginal discharge -history of vaginal douching or sexual intercourse within last 48 hours -history of cervical procedure within 1 month -history of hysterectomy
