Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: GDM test positive in 28-24 weeks of pregnancy Iranian Resident having the ability to read and write Single pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous diabetes history history of other chronic diseases history of Psychopathy Addiction opiate and smoking complications and problems associated with pregnancy
