Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-85 years old 2. Known diagnosed as closed fracture distal end of radius 3. ASA physical status I-III as American Society of Anesthesiologists classification 4. Indication for axillary brachial plexus block for perioperative analgesia for surgery < 3 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal 2. Cognitive impairment 3. Contraindication for axillary brachial plexus block 4. Anatomy deformity in blocking area 5. Neuropathy or neurological deficit 6. DM with HbA1C > 7.5 % 7. GFR < 50 ml/min 8. Body weight below 35 kg 9. Known allergy to intervention agents 10. Chronic pain (take oral morphine > 20 mg/day)
