Conditions

Participants diagnosed by a doctor as a Frist time of chronic ischemic stroke Ischemic stroke Arterial Stiffness Cardio&#45

Interventions

Boxing training Program was moderate&#45
intensity aerobic exercise about 1 hour/time&#44
3 time/week for 8 weeks. The Boxing training protocol consists of participants performing 10 minutes of warm&#45
up and cool down stretching exercises and non&#45
real boxing before and after training program to reduce the risk of exercise related injury. Participant were received 30&#45
40 mins/time at 40&#45
50% of hear rate target for the first 4 weeks&#44
progressing to 40&#45
50 mins/time at 50&#45
60% of hear rate target the 4th&#45
8th weeks with an additional two songs of their choice during the last two weeks. For the following 4 weeks&#44
once the participants reached a resting HR ≤ 85 beats/ min&#44
measured by the Polar FT7&#44
they were allowed to progress the next program (time and intensity) The boxing program then included mitt hitting and sand bag&#44
which straight punch&#44
hook punch&#44
and upper cut punch in standing position.
