Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women and gestational age of 33 weeks or older with no history of unprotected high-risk pregnancy including; preeclampsia, severe anemia ( Hemoglobin less than 7), chronic hypertension, overt diabetes, gestational diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, and anticonvulsants), Multiple pregnancies, preterm delivery, failure to use specific psychotropic medication, no history of hospitalization, and any past psychiatric treatment, Literacy in reading and writing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Relocation and migration from the study areas, unwillingness to continue with the study, and diagnose of fetal death during the study.
