Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as autonomic neuropathy 2. Autonomic function test was completed within 12 months 3. Actively follow-up at neuromuscular clinic, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. 4. Literate in Thai 5. Able to follow study instrution and complete the questionnaires twice

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Autonomic function test was performed more than 12 months 2.Autonomic function test was not performed completely 3.Unstable autonomic symptoms and signs 4.Non-literate in Thai 5.Pregnant 6.Terminal illness 7.Deny to participate the study
