18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-45 years Literate Pregnancy duration from 16 to 20 weeks Single Pregnancy Based on Ultrasound Results in SIB System Not having any mental illness and history of hospitalization No history of underlying diseases (diabetes - hypertension - kidney disease No previous pregnancy complications (miscarriage, hemorrhage, placenta previa, and ectopic pregnancy) No history of infertility and cerclage No movement limitations and defects Having regular perinatal care

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The occurrence of any particular disorder or during the current pregnancy such as preeclampsia-diabetes-anemia during the study Absence for more than two training sessions Warning signs to prevent physical activity such as vaginal bleeding, dizziness, headache, premature contractions, reduced fetal movements, amniotic fluid leakage, muscle weakness, chest pain
