18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients performed NSM for therapeutic or prophylactic indications in Breast and Endocrinology Unit of Ramathibodi hospital. - Primary tumor located outside the areola. - Patient with multicentric/multifocal lesions that are distant from areola were also included. - Any preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy was included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients presented with nipple retraction or bloody nipple discharge. - Patients that have abnormal microcalcification at retroareolar area. - Patients with inflammatory breast cancer. - Patients with Paget's disease of nipple.
