Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Degenerative thoracolumbar spine who need decompressive surgery patient age from 25-80 years surgical laminectomy level 2-8 levels

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: hematologic or CVD who cant hold/stop antiplatelet or anicoagulant in time Spinal tumor Infectious spondylitis an inflamatory pathology ethiology such as Rheumatoid, ankylosing spondylitis Bleeding tendency ESRD(end stage renal disease) Revision of spine surgery ASA classification >=4
