Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: aged 18–65 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists Class I and II, undergoing elective craniotomy Glasglow coma scale score 12 - 15
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who had underlying hypertension with or without received antihypertensive therapy 2. Patient who had coronary artery disease 3. Patient who had bradyarrhythmia 4. Patient who had coagulopathy 5. Patient who had increase intracranial pressure 6. Patient who had traumatic brain injury 7. Patient who allergy to bupivacaine or dexmedetomidine
