Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AF patients who were received warfarin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication of warfarin or warfarin use less than 1 year 2. Each INR level was checked more than 6 months 3. All types of prosthetic heart valve including mitral valve repair 4. Patients with thrombocytopenia&#44; myeloproliferative disorders (essential thrombocythemia&#44; chronic myeloid leukemia&#44; polycythemia vera&#44; agnogenic myeloid metaplasia)&#44; hyperviscosity syndrome or cirrhosis 5. Pregnancy 6. Patients participating in other concealed study 7. Warfarin interruption from surgery or invasive procedure during study 8. Hospitalization during study 9. Warfarin discontinuation during study
