Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pelvic organ prolapse women stage II to III Eligible for both pelvic floor muscle training or vaginal pessary use

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to learn nor perform adequate pelvic floor muscle training Allergic to silicone product
