18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients, age above 18 years old, who were hospitalized from the emergency room or outpatient clinical due to having ACLF

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: decompensated cirrhosis, concomitant malignancy, pregnancy, severe co-morbidities (such as severe neurological deficit, poor cardiac function, chronic lung disease that limits activity in daily life, uncontrolled autoimmune diseases, etc.), chronic kidney disease and currently receive immunosuppressant
