aged women with knee osteoarthritis refers to a set of activities aimed at improving health outcomes consisting of knee functional status and health&#45
related quality of life. This intervention was developed by the researcher based on the IFSMT and reviewing related literatures and will consist of self&#45
management support&#44
which is the main implementations. The duration of the chronic care intervention in middle&#45
aged women with knee OA will be 80 minutes per session twice a week at four&#45
week and 4&#45
ups.,The control group were told not to any lifestyle changes. They met the research assistant (RA) for one hour at three time
base line (week 0)&#44
post&#45
intervention (week 4) and foll&#45
up (week 8) for measure Functional status and Health related quality of life.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The middle-aged women with knee OA was diagnosis more than 3 month No history of major knee injury or knee surgery or steroid Be able to understand of well-communicate Thai language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serious co-morbidity such as, stroke Major injury to the knee joint knee inflammatory joint disease
