Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoning endoscopic sinus surgery with diagnosis chronic rhinosinusitis Patient could perform the tests 18-65 year old American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status 1-3 Elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: concurrent psychiatric problems or treatments history of brain diseases or cognitive problems could not perform the tests
