Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient is 1) Primary osteoarthritis of knee, Kellgren and Lawrence system :grade 3, 4 2) varus deformity < 15 degree 3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) : classs II or III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient is 1) cannot spinal anesthesia 2) poor controlled diabetic mallitus 3) renal insufficiency : GFR < 30 mL/min 4) Cardiovascular thrombotic event eg. myocardial infarction,thrombotic stroke 5)Drug allergy (cefuroxime, bupivacaine, epinephrine, , ketorolac, triamcinolone acetonide, transamine, cefuroxime,morphine,parecoxib, paracetamol, pregabalin, aspirin)
