Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primigravida whoes got cesarean section&#44; aged 18&#45;45 years old 2. Cesarean section wound in low midline or Pfannelstiel 3. Body weight of the newborn&#44; >= 2&#44;500 gm or <= 4&#44;000 gm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Underlying disease aboutcardiovasculae disease 2. Current used of anticoagulant drugs 3. Re&#45;operation in 24 hours 4. Multifetal in this pregnancy 5. Unstable of vital signs after cesarean section operation 6. Current injury or chronic wound at both ears pinna 7. Denied to sign in to the research
