Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnancy Gestational age of 15-28 weeks of pregnancy Has scheduled to doing a 50-gram glucose challenge test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having obstetrics complication History of smoking History of renal disease, thyroid disease, cardiovascular disease Fetal anomaly, fetal death
