Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The sample will be composed of 28 eutrophic and physically inactive male volunteers, 14 young, aged between 18 and 25 years old and 14 elderly over 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: smoking, alcoholism, blindness, deafness, mini-mental score ≤ 13 points, osteomioarticular limitations that prevent the exercise proposed in this project, diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, peripheral arterial disease, neurological or endocrine disease. affect endothelial function (except hypertensive patients on ACE inhibitors), use of any medication that may interfere with cardiovascular function and / or that may promote adverse responses (cardiovascular and hemodynamic) during exercise, as well as the use of medications that may alter any of the dependent variables of the present study.
